Pints from the Past: "T.W. Sullivan and the Industrial History of Oregon City"
Thomas W. Sullivan arrived in Oregon City in 1889 for what he thought would be a 12-month construction project. Instead he ended up remaining for the rest of life, raising two families, and playing a huge role in the development of the Willamette Falls, Oregon City, and the industrialization of Oregon. George Kramer, a noted historian of the paper and power plants at the Falls will talk about Sullivan’s life and the impact he had on Oregon’s industrial development
