Frequently Asked Questions
Q: How long does a CCHS Membership last?
A: CCHS Memberships typically last for a year from date of processing, meaning that if you purchase a membership in October of this year, your membership would last until October of the following year.
Q: Can I use my membership immediately after purchase?
A: In many cases, yes! If you purchase a membership at the Museum of the Oregon Territory or the Stevens-Crawford Heritage House, in most cases you’ll be able to immediately use your membership benefits. However, if you are purchasing a membership online or through mailed form, your membership may take a few business days to process. If you’re unsure, call ahead to ask if your membership has been processed.
Q: If I renew a membership before my current membership expires, when will my new membership begin?
A: If you are renewing a membership in advance, then your membership will automatically renew once your current membership expires. For example: if you have a current membership that expires in December of this year, and you then purchase a renewal of that membership in October of this year, your membership would automatically renew in December and would not expire until December of the following year.
