GROUP RESERVATION FORM

WARNING! Your group reservation is NOT confirmed until a Clackamas County Historical Society staff member contacts you to confirm the reservation. The earlier we can schedule your group the better. We will typically not accept reservations scheduled under two weeks in advance. It may be possible to arrange for activities for your group, however this is dependent on staff availability and may not always be feasible. Unless stated otherwise, the museum is self guided. This form is for reserving large groups of ten or more to visit the Museum of the Oregon Territory. If you would like to arrange a group visit to the Stevens-Crawford Heritage House, submit an inquiry to director@clackamashistory.org.
