STEVE GREENWOOD

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Steve previously managed the Wells Fargo Museum in Portland where he created education programs, installed exhibits, and collaborated with company employees, customers, and non-profits, including the Oregon History Museum. He has a passion for museums and storytelling and has previously worked with other heritage institutions including Colonial Williamsburg, the Columbia Gorge Interpretive Center, Fort Vancouver National Historic Site, and the National Archives.

JOHNNIE HEINTZ

CULTURAL RESEARCH HISTORIAN

Johnnie's passion for history was seeded at a very young age while traveling around the United States and Europe. She was educated at Idaho State University with a major in History. In 2012 she joined the CCHS team as a volunteer to organize the Stevens’ collection. Filling the position of Collections Manager vacated in 2015 she immediately began a society wide organization process, committed to the preservation of artifacts and the stories they tell of our past.

Waldo McGinnis

WEB & PRINT MEDIA SPECIALIST

With a background in Illustration & Graphic Design, Waldo started as a member of the CCHS Volunteer Community and has been curating the historical society's media presence since 2016. In addition to managing the Clackamas County Historical Society marketing, media, and on-site technology, he has also designed many of the assets featured at MOOT.

ZACK LYNCH

VISITOR & VOLUNTEER ENGAGEMENT COORDINATOR

Zack was previously a volunteer here with CCHS before moving on to becoming the Visitor and Volunteer Engagement Coordinator. During his time as a volunteer Zack enjoyed engaging with guests and taking them on short introductory tours. He is an experienced storyteller who doesn’t shy away from sharing his wealth of knowledge on local history through narrative performance. As the Visitor and Volunteer Engagement Coordinator Zack is focused on increasing the visitor’s experience, and is dedicated to helping his volunteers grow and succeed at the many different and crucial tasks they provide to us here at CCHS. Zack is currently receiving a Master’s in Folklore.
