READ THE FOLLOWING BEFORE SUBMITTING A REQUEST FORM

Depending on the photo’s intended use or the image requirements needed, fees may apply. Permission is for one-time use only with no other rights. Any subsequent use must be reapplied in writing. For photos original to the Clackamas County Historical Society collection, the user may not reproduce or permit others to reproduce the photographic copy or any facsimile of it, including digital transfer. Additional copies must be obtained from the Clackamas County Historical Society. Additional conditions may apply. By submitting this form you are agreeing to these terms.

Photos requests are processed in the order they are received. A member of our photo team should be able to contact you within two of the museum’s working days (Weds - Fri). Depending on the nature of your order you may receive two forms to be signed: a Request for Permission to Reproduce and a Photo Use Policy. Depending on how quickly the forms are returned, the photo queue, the size of your request, and method of payment, you should receive your non-watermarked images within six museum working days or approximately two weeks. If you need your order completed on a faster time schedule than this, please let us know in the “Additional Notes” section. Please note that our photo team is a small, predominantly volunteer-led and operated group. We will try our best to accommodate your needs and schedule, however we are limited by our own time constraints and availability. Thank you for your understanding!

Preferred Method of Payment

In order to expedite the photo request process, please list your preferred method of payment. If you don't believe your order will incur any fees, or you're unsure, select "Unsure / N/A" and a volunteer will inquire about your request in a follow-up email. If paying online, once a fee estimate has been sent and any additional paperwork signed, an invoice will be sent to your email address via Stripe.
